For 20+ years I have held roles specializing in college recruiting, performance management, learning and coaching. As an HR leader and executive at Amazon, Deloitte, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, I have witnessed college graduates and young professionals progress or struggle based on their soft skill abilities. Through my individual coaching and group workshops, participants develop key skills that differentiate them in school and work. My passion is to help all my clients reach their fullest potential!
My Story
After obtaining a degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology from Marymount University, I knew I was ready to make an impact. Fortunately, early on, I was exposed to the world of Human Resources, and I never looked back! I have been afforded great opportunities around the globe to lead high performing teams, evaluate talent, hire new recruits as well as focus on learning and development. After spending 20+ years at organizations like Amazon, Deloitte, PwC and IBM, I’m ready to share my expertise with others. I’m passionate about growth and development towards a brighter future.
My Mission
My mission: I want to support our future leaders by arming them with critical skills they need to be successful. Young professionals struggle today in key areas such as communication, collaboration, interviewing and presentations. Getting into college or obtaining that first job is competitive. Through coaching and workshops I provide information, techniques and support that will differentiate them from others.
